SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a cutaneous antiseptic agent that comprises ethyl alcohol and/or isopropyl alcohol, alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride, perfume and N,N-bis-(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine, Trilon B, functional additives and drinking water wherein components are taken in the definite ratio, wt.-%. As functional additives showing a softening effect on skin and stimulating its recover method involves using polyethylene glycol-7 (PEG-7), glycerylcocoate and green tea extract. For elimination of specific odor of agent perfume is added in the ratio 0.28-0.32 wt.-%. Invention provides activity of agent against some pathogens of viral infections and among them against pathogens of viral infections and tuberculosis mycobacteria and with providing possibility for prolonged using antiseptic agent without its negative effect on skin.
