FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for electric heating of industrial facilities, such as pipelines, cisterns and similar hollow industrial facilities, the content of which requires heating. Technical result is obtained by the electric heating system monitoring device, containing the ABCN power supply first line, the QF6 breaker-splitter installed in it and the CM6 contactor, second power line ABCN connected through contactor KM6 to the first power supply line, to which controller K of electric heating system is connected, grounding electrical conductors PE, insulation monitoring relay RCT, current transformers TT1-TT3 and button switch SA1. RCT isolation monitoring relay is connected to grounding conductor PE of the second ABCN power supply line, CT1-TT3 current transformers are connected to the device between the QF6 tripping circuit breaker and the CM6 contactor, button switch SA1 is connected through switch-releaser QF7 to electric cables ABCN of the second line. Device incorporates throttle D and connected to it contactor KM7, contactors KM6 and KM7 are connected to electric cables ABCN of second power supply line. Controller K is connected to electric cables A and N of the first power supply line and to isolation monitoring relay of RCT, which is connected to grounding electrical conductors PE and throttle D. Device comprises electric power supply circuits of electric heating and in each power supply circuit contains electric conductors of loop power supply, PE grounding electrical conductor, as well as QF1-QFn automatic circuit breakers, FA1-FAn and KM1-KMn contactors electrically connected to electric cables ABCN of the second power supply line, which are in-series and electrically connected by cables.

EFFECT: high reliability of the control device when realizing the disclosed solution.
