FIELD: elevators.
SUBSTANCE: method, system and device for the safe operation of an elevator, a computer-readable storage medium and a protective device are disclosed. According to one aspect, the method includes: when the detected first and second door zone signals are valid signals, an instruction is generated in accordance with the valid signals and the elevator operation state, and the instruction is sent to the protection device to control the set of door close switches to short circuit door lock circuit; receiving door closing feedback from the safety device, and performing pre-opening of the door or re-levelling.
EFFECT: increased reliability.
