FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a packaging laminate comprising a barrier film, having deposited by plasma-chemical deposition from vapor phase (PECVD) a diamond-like carbon barrier coating, to a method of producing such films, as well as to laminated packaging materials, containing such films, in particular intended for liquid food products packaging. Laminated packaging material in the form of a roll or sheet comprises a barrier film which comprises a substrate layer and a first amorphous diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating, wherein the material further comprises a base layer of paper, cardboard or other cellulose-based material, first outer liquid impermeable heat-sealable polymer layer and second inner liquid-impermeable thermoset polymer layer on opposite, inner and second side of barrier film, providing inner surface of packaging container made of said packaging material, in contact with packaged product.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of cost-effective heat-sealing packing laminate on the basis of paper or cardboard, which does not contain foil, having good gas-barrier properties and good internal adhesion between layers, for production of aseptic packing containers for long-term storage of liquid food products without loss of their nutritive qualities under normal conditions.
