SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the radio engineering. Generator with dynamic heating of SAW resonator thermostat includes: microwave signal generation and control unit consisting of SAW resonator with cover and acoustic line located on ceramic substrate, amplifier and buffer cascade; external thermostat, consisting of metal housing with heaters placed on it, temperature sensor and control unit; internal thermostat including controlled thin-film heater, main and additional temperature sensors and control unit. Additional temperature sensor of the internal thermostat is placed on the metal housing of the external thermostat.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of temperature stability of frequency of formed microwave signal with reduction of time of output to operating mode.
