SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of quantum devices and can be used in quantum frequency standards on a gas cell with optical pumping. A quantum generator based on the effect of double radio-optical resonance contains a quantum discriminator, containing a magnetic screen with a module for creating a permanent magnetic field, a microwave resonator with a gas cell, a microwave field exciter and a photodetector, a reference RF generator and an electronic control system installed in the housing. The housing is equipped with a heat sink panel, and the quantum discriminator contains a spectral lamp with Rb87 pairs sequentially arranged in an optical scheme, the thermostat of which is installed on one side of the heat sink, and a thermostat combined with a microwave resonator with a glass gas filter cell with Rb85 pairs and a working cell with Rb87 pairs, equipped with thermal stabilization means and paired with a magnetic screen. The control system is equipped with a programmable logic integrated circuit with pre-installed software and hardware algorithms for detecting atomic resonance, generating a signal for adjusting the reference generator, setting, decoding the temperature and generating a control signal for the lamp and cell thermostats, through direct digital frequency synthesis with the possibility of modulation by a low-frequency signal.

EFFECT: increase in thermal stability and operability of the device in an extended temperature range while maintaining high frequency stability at the output of the device while maintaining its small dimensions and low power consumption.
