SUBSTANCE: electric equivalent of hydroacoustic transducer, which is an electric oscillatory circuit, which is included in the circuit of secondary winding of step-down transformer, where input terminals of electrical equivalent are galvanically isolated from elements of electric oscillatory circuit, one or more additional capacitors are connected either to resultant capacitance equal to capacitance of active element of hydroacoustic transducer, in parallel to primary winding of step-down transformer, or recalculated taking into account transforming ratio of step-down transformer by resultant capacitance, parallel to secondary winding, or with resultant capacity equal to capacitance of active element of hydroacoustic transducer, simultaneously parallel to primary winding of step-down transformer and parallel to secondary winding of step-down transformer.

EFFECT: simplification of manufacturing technology of electric equivalent of hydroacoustic transducer.
