FIELD: physics; acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of multichannel emitting circuits of hydroacoustic means for various purposes. Correction of directional pattern of multichannel hydroacoustic antenna is provided by change of amplitude-phase distribution of channel excitation voltages with account for actual radiation resistance and channel interference. Technical effect: improved performance of multichannel hydroacoustic circuit. According to the method, impedance of each channel m of hydroacoustic N-channel antenna is measured; each channel m is subsequently electrically excited and induced signals are measured in each non-excited channel q. For each measurement, induced signal value is corrected to rated voltage eqm, and corrected excitation voltage for each channel is determined as complex multiplicatively additive sums of products of rated voltages eqm by complex factors for specified amplitude-phase distribution. Measurement, calculation and correction is carried out at frequencies within the antenna bandwidth for each scan angle specified.
EFFECT: correction of directional pattern of multichannel hydroacoustic antenna.
