FIELD: means of trains control.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises two processor sets arranged in a central control unit for synchronous operation on identical programs, a module of built-in hardware control of processor sets, inputs / outputs of which are connected to corresponding outputs / inputs of processor sets, modules for collecting data from remote control devices associated with corresponding actuating objects of railway automation systems, equipped with modules of safe outputs for execution of control commands of actuating objects, and configured to switch their actuating objects into a state of protective shutdown or protective failure in case of sudden single faults, as well as in the event of gradual failures. Each of the processor sets is equipped with a program module of simulators of actuating objects of railway automation systems, based on computer models using the component chains method, wherein first inputs of each processor set through first group of communication channels are connected to outputs of corresponding data collection modules, and output of one of processor sets through second group of communication channels is connected to control inputs of protective configuration and disconnection of corresponding modules of safe outputs of actuating objects.
