FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of high-molecular compounds, to a method of producing polymer nanocomposites with filler from asphaltenes, and is intended for recycling or processing resinous high-molecular components of "heavy" oil – asphaltenes, into polymer products with improved mechanical properties, cheaper, capable of recycling. Method of producing a polymer nanocomposite with filler from asphaltenes involves mixing asphaltenes with a polymer, characterized in that the polymer used is a thermoplastic polymer and mixing the asphaltenes with the polymer is carried out in a melt under high shear strains with shear rate of 100 s -1 to 1,300 s-1, wherein the shear rate in absolute value exceeds the value of angular frequency at which equality of modulus of elasticity and loss of thermoplastic polymer is observed, with the following ratio of components, wt%: asphaltene – 5–40, thermoplastic polymer – rest, then the target product is formed from melt and cooled.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing a polymer nanocomposite with asphaltene filler.
