Light vehicle light train coupler comprises a ball head with a rod rigidly fixed on the vehicle tow unit bracket and pivotally connected to the trailer tow bar hemispherical head. On the outer generatrix of the hemispherical head of the tow bar, in its lower part, there is a circular projection in the form of a hemisphere interacting with the mating circular recess, made on inner circular surface of split ring made of resilient material and covering gapless ball head. Split ring on its outer surface is equipped with a pair of handles arranged in horizontal plane relative to each other at angle of 180°.

EFFECT: higher reliability of tow units of light-weight road-trains.
