SUBSTANCE: invention relates to towing couplers of light-weight road-trains. Towing and coupling device consists of a ball head with a rod rigidly fixed on the bracket of the traction-coupling device of the vehicle, which is hingedly connected to the semi-spherical head of the trailer hitch pin. In the semi-spherical head of the drawbar, on its inner surface adjoining the outer surface of the ball, spring-loaded rolling elements are movably mounted in the guides. In the upper part of the hemispherical head there is a hole with a stop placed in it and rigidly fixed on a spring-loaded double-arm lever hingedly installed on the external surface of the hemispherical head.
