FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for producing hydrostabilized fuel, which consists in feeding a mixture of heavy oil products with water into a heat-exchange reactor in form of at least two spatially separated streams under pressure higher than atmospheric pressure; providing vortexing of all said flows in one direction; pushing all swirling flows into common flow with simultaneous vacuum, thereby hydrodynamic cavitation of said mixture; accelerating the total flow to provide pressure below atmospheric pressure. Also described is a heat-exchange reactor for producing hydro-stabilized fuel.
EFFECT: technical result is wider range of means, specifically in obtaining hydrostabilized fuel.
