FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the plant of complex oil processing that includes interconnected a converter of gas hydrocarbons, a steam CO shift reactor, moisture separator, combined hydrogenation and desulphurisation unit, a unit for synthetic gas treatment from carbon dioxide, a fluid pumping unit, a heat exchanger. The plant is equipped with a cavitator, hydrogen membrane and unit for hydrocarbons hydrogenation combined with fluid pumping unit, a heat and coupled to the converter of gas hydrocarbons and to the steam CO shift reactor through the heat exchanger, while the in-series moisture separator and unit for synthetic gas treatment from carbon dioxide are designed to receive products of carbon dioxide steam reforming, their processing and transfer of the processed mix to the cavitator through the hydrogen membrane. The cavitator is coupled to the fluid pumping unit, it represents a unit of one or several blocks of paired centrifugal cavitation pumps which include centrifugal turbines installed coaxially and faced towards each other by turbine blades, at that each of turbines is driven by independent electric engines, which can drive pump turbines in synchronous or asynchronous mode in one or several directions, at that hydrogen membranes join housings of the cavitation pumps directly, and inside housings of hydrogenation units there are hydrogenation catalysts. The invention is also related to complex oil processing in the plant.
EFFECT: production of pure synthetic gas, atomic hydrogen, improvement of oil products transportation.
