FIELD: machine tool engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine tool engineering and can be used as tool equipping for fastening treated workpieces. Collar comprises a flexible rod to cover the processed workpiece, a drum installed on the bracket, which is made with possibility of being installed on the tool holder cutter holder, at that one end of the flexible rod is fixed on the drum, and the other one has a fastening element. At that, the rod is made in the form of a thread of the specified cross-section with a loop at the end, in which the said attachment element is located, which is made in the form of a hook with the possibility of its installation in the lower part of the cutter holder, and the drum is made in the form of a stepped rod installed with a vertically smaller step in the bracket hole, besides, the protruding end of the rod from the upper side is made with a head for a key, and on the protruding end of the rod from the lower side a compression spring is installed.

EFFECT: use of the invention significantly simplifies the collar, makes it compact and easy to readjust.
