FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: turning tool comprises holder and at least one fixed cutting blade. Holder is furnished with cutting inserts with blades of various shape fitted above fixed cutting blade at horizontal step made at holder. Cutting insert is composed of angular lever with cutting blade arranged at lever arms and fitted on axle secured at aforesaid step. Said arms thrust against the holder step at inserts turn to working position of its blades.
