FIELD: ceramic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of wall, heat-insulating and decorative heat-insulating ceramic bricks and blocks, incl. large-format wall panels (ceramic insulant). Technical result of invention is increased strength properties of shard with reduction of firing temperature from 1100 °C to 1050 °C with preservation of heat engineering characteristics of ceramics. Low-melting clay mass containing bentonite loam and PUO is modified with a complex additive containing a superplasticizer based on Macromer P 13-K polycarboxylate ester (SAS), providing formability of clay mass, and siliceous Laxil 30 (hydrosol of silicon oxide with mass concentration of silicon dioxide 29–31 %), improving sintering, which increases strength characteristics of ceramics, obtained at lower firing temperatures, with following distribution of components: low-melting bentonite loam—30–40 %; PUE—60–70 %; superplasticizer Macromer P 13-K—0.02–0.03 % over 100 %; siliceous Laxil 30—0.18–0.27 % over 100 %.
EFFECT: similar modification has versatility relative to use for low-melting bentonite clay mixtures.
