FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely, to completion of oil and gas wells with guarantee of their tightness provision. Casing string is lowered with pre-created holes in the column at the level of bottomhole, and packer on outer side into open shaft. Displacement gas agent is injected to the well bottom to remove the drilling fluid, and then the sealing agent heated to a fluid condition in an amount required to fill a given volume of space behind the casing string, to prevent the formation fluid from entering the well. Mark, composition and parameters of the sealing composite are selected so that fluidity during pumping into the well and bottomhole zone with subsequent hardening under action of formation temperature and pressure. Temperature sensor is placed at the bottom of the well to monitor the fluid flow and several electric heating elements along the inner side of the casing string. After completion of pumping of sealing composite well is held under pressure for 3–5 days, then equipment is lowered to form filter from permeable backfill composition at well bottom by standard technology.
EFFECT: long-term tightness is provided.
