FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the oil and gas production industry and is intended for oil well pump drive. To the front part of balancer of pumping unit through the pin of the compressor, which is installed in a row of holes, on the rocker is suspended. It is connected through hinge joints by its one end to the above pin, and by the other end – to the compressor rod. Compressor is connected with compressor piston arranged in its cylinder. Compressor cylinder is connected with annular space via gas line and suction valve on one side and discharge line of well through pressure valve and gas line on other side. Cylinder is installed on supports. They are located on movable platform allowing to move compressor cylinder along axis of pumping unit. Compressor piston length setting is performed due to mutual displacement of piston-cylinder system of compressor. Compressor cylinder is movable on the post along the guide support. Compressor rod with its piston through upper hinge can move along the rocker and is fixed with a finger in one of the row of holes. Compressor rod has centralizers mounted on upper edge of compressor cylinder. Compression of annular gas is provided during balancer head stroke downwards due to unbalanced weight of rod-type column.
EFFECT: improving operating reliability of the device owing to reducing loads on units of the sucker-rod pump drive, reducing the number of movable joints increasing the jamming risk and enabling adjustment of the compressor stroke length.
