Data collection subsystem includes data collection devices, and information processing subsystem comprises data storage and processing unit, a unit for diagnosing errors and issuing notifications, a unit for collecting statistics and generating reports, a unit for archiving and storing data, an access control unit and an HTTP server unit for processing and delivering messages. Information display subsystem includes a unit for displaying parameters of the current state, a unit for indicating errors in operation, a unit for sending notifications, a unit for generating requests and reports on parameters of operation for a given period, a unit for plotting the parameters of operation, a unit for storing archive data on operation parameters and a unit for controlling access to the information display subsystem.
