FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining industry, and more specifically to a method for kimberlite pipes development by a quarry-loader. Method of mining of kimberlite pipes includes stages, at which performing ore body loosening with formation of advance loosening zone, end surface of cutter drum of mining machine is installed on boundary between zone of advance cultivation and zone of ore body milling and ore body is milled by means of working surface of milling drum of quarry machine along spiral with formation of loosened ore so that one end surface of milling drum of mining machine is in contact with ore body.
EFFECT: use of the invention increases efficiency of operation of a mine cutter, ensures supply of optimum fractional composition to the dressing factory of initial ore, reduces losses and impoverishment of a mineral.
