FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermometry and can be used for measurements of heat power and amount of heat released by liquid, gaseous and multiphase heat carriers in heating systems. Device providing direct measurements of heat power and energy in independent heat supply systems without involvement of data on flow rate, temperature and properties of heat carrier is proposed. To this end, the device comprises a dismountable heat exchanger plate heat exchanger consisting of heat exchange chambers that alternate and are in thermal contact, connected respectively to the heat supply circuit and to the circuit of consumption thereof by means of flow distributors. Heat exchange chambers are separated from each other by heat flow sensors connected to the signal meter.

EFFECT: improving accuracy of heat metering in independent heat supply systems without involvement of data on flow rate, temperature and properties of heat carrier, which contributes to further improvement of ensuring unity of measurements of heat power and amount of heat in heat supply systems.
