FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: feeding and reverse pipelines of heat meter, which pipelines are thermally insulated at parts where measurements take places, are equipped with heat agent temperature t1, t2 converters, and electromagnet flow meters, units for measuring density, enthalpy and weight of heat agent. Feeding pipeline of heat meter is provided with cold water temperature converter and with enthalpy computing units. Temperature converters t1 and t2 are flush-mounted with internal surface of pipeline. Environment temperature converters t01 and t02 are mounted onto external surface of feeding and reverse pipelines. Density and enthalpy of heat carrier in feeding and reverse pipelines are calculated as function of pressure and of temperature drop Δtn=Δt-Δt0, where Δt=t1-t2. Weights M1 and M2 of heat carrier are determined from calculated values of density and enthalpy and heat energy in indicator is calculated as well.

EFFECT: improved precision of measurement.
