FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for supply of steam into beverages and in particular to steam supply pipe, which is attached to device with steam generator for steam preparation, such as an espresso machine. Steam supply pipe assembly for an espresso machine has features to prevent overheating of the steam feed tube tip. In compliance with first aspect, proposed device comprises steam feed pipe comprising metal main tubular element, steam feed hose, which passes through the tubular element, wherein the steam supply hose also passes through the flexible separator located inside the tubular element. In another aspect, disclosed is a steam supply pipe device comprising a metal main tubular member and a metal tip, wherein primary tube and tip are attached to each other by means of polymer steam nozzle, note here that said nozzle has central bore extending from inlet nearby bottom end of steam feed hose to outlet.

EFFECT: technical result is higher safety.
