FIELD: pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing multilayer composite sleeves for repair or protection of inner surface of pipelines and can be used in oil and gas processing, chemical and other industries using process pipelines transporting corrosive active media. Proposed method comprises fabrication of blanks made from polymer films and impregnated materials. glass fabric or canvas or felt, connection of long sides of webs forming layers of protective sleeve, impregnation of impregnated layers of protective sleeve impregnating compositions based on organic polymers or inorganic compositions, arrangement of butt joints of the webs with displacement along the circumference, installation of the removed process hose inside the protective hose from the film polymer material with the cord or halyard rope filed inside. Diameter of the uncured protective sleeve is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe and curing of the impregnating compositions after installation of the protective sleeve into the pipeline. At that, width of blanks in form of webs is 20–50 % larger than diametrical perimeter of pipeline inner surface. Blanks of billets from impregnated materials are impregnated with impregnating compositions separately before assembly of protective sleeve. Protective sleeve is assembled by joining long sides of lap-like webs without cross-linking. At that, lap joint adhesion is ensured by adhesive properties of uncured impregnating material.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of coating quality of inner surface of pipeline by protective sleeve.
