FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely vascular surgery, and can be used to form an end-to-side anastomosis between a vein and an artery. A vascular end-to-side anastomosis is formed between an autovenous graft and an artery by means of an encircling vascular stitch with atraumatic non-absorbable monofilament with two needles at the ends. In the autovenous graft and the artery, lengthwise incisions are made, which are equal in length to each other. Additionally, a transverse incision is made on the arteries, which is located Τ-shaped relative to the longitudinal incision, wherein the length of the transverse incision is equal to ½ of the circumference length of the autovenous graft cross-section, edges of incisions are opened on autovenous graft. A slit is formed in the form of a triangle, and a hole is formed on the artery in the form of a triangle. A vascular anastomosis is formed: an autovenous graft is sutured to the artery. At that, triangular incision is made above triangular hole of artery so that angles of triangles coincide – beginning of anastomosis in apex of triangle on arteries, and end in area of triangle near to operator, and the node is formed on the anastomosis section closest to the operator, outside the lumen of the vessel.

EFFECT: method enables eliminating the risk of narrowing of the anastomosis, reducing the time of anastomosis formation, reducing a risk of thrombosis of the shunt or arteriovenous fistula.
