FIELD: radio equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, particularly to radio transmitting devices, namely to linear power amplifiers of broadband signals with high peak-factor. Broadband power amplifier according to Doherty circuit includes main two-stroke amplifier, peak two-stroke amplifier, unequal input signal divider with input matching circuits, Doherty summator, consisting of a directional coupler, matching circuits of main and peak amplifiers, consisting of strip lines with capacitors connected between them, reactive circuits consisting of series connection of microstrip lines and capacitors, broadband balancing transformer. Output of the transformer is the output of the device.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency in wide frequency band with preservation of linearity of amplifying circuit.
