In embodiments of the invention, a signal power probability distribution function is used, oriented to a cost-effective circuit for constructing a multi-cascade Doherty amplifier, and cells with two-channel conventional and inverting Doherty amplifier are used as basic elements for constructing multi-stage Doherty amplifier with effect of gain expansion.
