FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: direction-finding device has a heterodyne and a control unit, N receiving radio links consisting of N receiving antennae, N control units, N low-noise amplifiers, N mixers and N intermediate frequency amplifiers. The direction-finding device also has a control radio link which consists of one or two control generators, two or three switches, two or four matched loads and N omnidirectional communication elements. Antennae of the receiving radio link are assembled into a linear or flat phased antenna array of the direction-finding device. One or two radio links of the direction-finding device serve as reference radio links.
EFFECT: high accuracy of direction-finding and widening the operating range towards high frequencies.
