SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of watchmaking, to clock mechanisms with pointer indication of time, more specifically to complicated mechanisms of clock mechanisms with additional functions for indicating the position of Mars, its satellites and the Sun relative to each other on the clock. Multifunctional indicator of Mars position, its satellites and Sun relative to each other contains engine and wheel system, as well as movable daily disk of Mars, on which radial beams are applied, as well as a scale indicating Martian longitude, a movable indicator of Martian longitude, moving indicators of Mars satellites – Phobos and Deimos, a solar indicator located stationary at a fixed distance from the center of the Mars daily disk. Invention also discloses a clock with a multifunctional indicator, the entire wheel system of the indicator is conjugated in a certain way with the wheel system of the clock and a clock mechanism.
EFFECT: creation of a multifunctional mechanism for indicating the position of Mars, its satellites and the Sun relative to each other and clocks containing such a mechanism, wherein the multifunctional indication mechanism also contains indicators of the Martian day and night; disclosed technical solution enables to significantly reduce time of positioning and orientation of object(s) on Mars.
