FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to test beds for testing milking machines. Stand includes milk powder (1) with seat (2) and rod (3) with recess (4), with which calibrated channel (5) is formed. Valve (7) with slide valve (8) is attached to milk fall trap, and flexible pipe (9) is connected to float chamber (10). Float chamber is suspended on flexible tie-rod (11) via bypass roller (12) connected with winch (13). Vertical measuring ruler (14) is attached to float chamber. Three-way valve (16) with slide valve (17) is attached to mounting seat (17), one branch pipe (18) of which is equipped with pressure sensor (19) and connected to source of vacuum pressure, and the second branch pipe (20) is directed to beaker (21). Above the beaker there is a liquid flow shutter (22), a guiding liquid in drain tank (23) and controlled by retracting relay (24) with timer-switch (25). Valve (27) with slide valve (28) is connected to the milk salver, branch pipe (29) of which is connected to pressure sensor (30) and contains the analysed replaceable nozzle (31). Pressure sensors (19, 30) are connected to oscilloscope (33), signals from which are fixed in computer (34).
EFFECT: improved milk flow sensor imitation performance.
