FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method includes installation of a treated part rigidly along its end face on at least three supports uniformly located along circumference of its end face, and communication to cutters installed in copy heads, shaping motions is equidistant relative to surface of each non-circular hole from external and internal side of processed part. At the same time the processed part is installed vertically with the base along the inner cylindrical surface and possibility of periodic rotation around its central axis on the angular pitch of the non-round holes location with subsequent fixation in the device. In each copying head there are two simultaneously working cutters installed on the opposite side, symmetrically to axis of non-circular hole.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced dimensions of device and production areas and increased convenience of work production worker.
