SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Device for biological fluid sorption treatment comprises body with holes for sorbent loading and unloading and biological fluid inlet and outlet. According to the invention, a conical tube is used, which is used to load the sorbent into the housing, at least one electromagnet located in the narrow end area of the conical tube, and an attachment for supply, output and regeneration of the spent sorbent, which is connected to the blocked holes for loading and unloading of the sorbent. Sorbent used is a modified sorbent which is a sorption element of different specific weight different from the weight of the treated biological fluid. Said elements comprise a ferromagnetic material. Orifices for input and output of biological fluid are equipped with branch pipes for connection of lines for biological fluid under pressure with formation of suspended layer of sorbent in housing, and housing has one conical and other flat ends. Disclosed are alternative versions of the device and method of biological fluid sorption treatment.

EFFECT: technical result is a combination of selective sorption treatment of biological fluid with polyfunctional and reduced ingress of sorbent particles and other impurities.
