FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for processing biological liquid (first version) contains a sealed hollow housing with inlet and outlet holes, processing elements placed in the housing, installed along the height of housing, and modules with chambers, separated from each other, that host processing elements. At least the upper of the chambers has an inlet slot, and at least the lower one has an outlet slot for the liquid to be processed. The chambers are tightly connected to the housing with the formation between them and housing at least two collectors, one of which is communicated with housing inlet hole and the inlet slot of at least one chamber, and another with housing outlet and outlet slot of at least one chamber. The processing elements are made in the form of semipermeable partitions and layers of filtering material with different porosity. Device for processing biological liquid (the second version) contains a sealed hollow housing with inlet and outlet holes, processing elements placed in the housing in the form of hollow fibres with walls in form of semipermeable membranes, wherein it is executed with the possibility of inlet and outlet of the processing means in hollow fibers or in the housing. A method of using the device for processing biological liquid includes a step of exfusion by withdrawing a liquid, an infusion step by supplying liquid to the system with the introduction of for processing means. At the step of exfusion, selection of biological liquid, processing means, and biological fluid processing are simultaneously carried out, and in the infusion step, the processed biological liquid is re-fed to the system.
EFFECT: enhancing technological capabilities, ensuring an integrated and concomitant polyfunctional biological liquid processing, process intensification, effective processing of processing elements while reducing liquid components traumatizing.
