FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. First wall is pricked in on the side of the serous membrane with the needle being inserted sequentially through the serous, muscular layers and a prick out in the submucosal layer. Second prick-in is performed on the side of the submucosal layer of the second intestinal wall with the needle passing through the muscular layer and prick out through the serous membrane. Third prick-in is carried out on the first wall on the side of the serous cover with prick out in the muscular layer; the fourth prick-in is performed from the side of the muscular layer of the second wall with a prick out through the serous membrane. Fibers ends are connected to each other by repeating similar sutures along anastomosis.
EFFECT: method provides adequate comparison of layers of the intestinal wall, reduces number of inconsistencies of interintestinal anastomoses and improves quality of treatment.
