FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for drying food and seed grain of cereals, legumes and oilseeds and can be used at agricultural and grain processing enterprises during grain preparation for storage, as well as at agroindustrial complex processing enterprises. Grain dryer includes installed together a warm air supply shaft, grain shaft, supply and discharge heat carrier of box, waste air outlet, loading device, unloading device, axial fans, gas burners arranged at the inlet to the warm air supply shaft, the installation area of which is covered with a protective net, in the grain shaft there are hatches of emergency grain discharge; in the waste air outlet shaft there is an internal power frame consisting of spatial metal structures connecting the walls of the grain dryer to each other and to internal maintenance sites, and partition wall is installed of inclined sheets, dividing waste air discharge shaft into two parts with screw conveyor fixed on given partition for removal of wastes, at least one cyclone for dust separation is installed nearby the waste air discharge shaft and connected to the lower part of the waste air discharge shaft by means of a pipeline, and at least one centrifugal fan installed after the cyclone.

EFFECT: high fire safety, reduced dust emission, reduced noise level, increased uniformity of grain heating over the entire width of the dryer, simplified process of control and maintenance of the dryer.
