FIELD: waste processing and disposal.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed invention relates to recovery of wastes formed during hydroabrasive cutting of materials, and can be used both in general cutting cycle, and separately from hydroabrasive cutting unit for recovery of used abrasives, in particular of garnet sand. Technological scheme of regeneration of spent pomegranate sand from hydroabrasive cutting includes a concentration table and drum drying furnace. Circuit additionally contains a vibrating screen with two reservoirs for collection of particles, a hoist with a capacity, a hopper with a screw feeder, a feed tank with water, two spiral classifiers. First spiral classifier is installed with the possibility of unloading the coarse fraction on the concentration table installed with the possibility to supply the flow of particles of pomegranate sand into the area of supply of the initial supply of the second spiral classifier. Plums of the concentration table and two spiral classifiers, made in the form of drain pipes, are directed into a trap of suspended particles, connected to two serially installed nutch filters, made with possibility of filtration of drained pulp by evacuation with a vacuum pump equipped with a trapper. Classifiers with unloaded spiral are used as spiral classifiers. Drum drying furnace is equipped with a butane.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of regeneration of spent pomegranate sand from hydro-abrasive cutting, and also reduced environmental load on environment.
