FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to inter-orbital transport systems of multiple application. According to the method, during the inter-orbital flight of the transport-energy module of multiple application, multistage start-up is performed and shutdown of nuclear power plant (NPP) of module and generation of electric energy by its nuclear power plant (NPP). Using NPP and electrolyzers, gaseous oxygen-hydrogen fuel is obtained from water, which is used in rocket engines (RE) on active flight sections. In passive sections, excess power of NPP is switched to LED spotlight for flight on photon link. Proposed transport-energy module of multiple application comprises compartments of nuclear power plants and nuclear power stations connected by means of a truss-transformer, service systems (including docking), RE with pneumatic hydraulic system for supply of oxygen-hydrogen fuel, LED spotlight, etc. Said LED spotlight is made in the form of a plurality of laser light-emitting diodes attached to a transformable flexible reflector-radiator.
EFFECT: technical result is aimed at development of new technologies and wider range of space exploration equipment.
