FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport spacecraft and method of cargo delivery in near-earth orbit. Proposed method comprising placing in orbit of one or several space apparatuses-accumulators (SAC). SAC (1) comprises housing (5), cargo (artificial medium) receiver (6), container (11) with decelerating medium, plant (12) to separate cargoes and decelerating medium, accumulating tanks (8), power plant (10), satellite solar power station (13), and radiators (7) to cool down decelerating medium. SAC comprises docking assembly (9) to transfer cargoes accumulated in tanks (8) to spacecraft-consumer (3). Artificial medium (2) is produced from cargoes delivered by suborbital aircraft (4) for time required for said medium to catch SAC. Said medium can consist of diverse-chemical composition and aggregate state substances and various-shape objects. Entrapped cargo (2) comes in receiving device (6) and, then into container (11) in separate portions in the form of clouds or flows. To compensate speed losses, SAC uses power plant system supplied by aforesaid electric power station (13). Said system can represent jet engine consuming a part of delivered cargo (2). It is possible also to use electrodynamic cable system (in orbital electric motor mode).
EFFECT: expanded range of cargoes, reduced costs of their delivery, higher safety.
