FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of test equipment and can be used for wear tests of samples of swash plates of the helicopter. Stand for wear tests includes frame (1) with shaft (8), on which there is a loading mechanism with elastic elements. Electromechanical helical servo drives (19, 20, 21) are installed on frame (1). Frame (1) consists of base (2) and posts (3) fixed on it, at that on posts (3) rotating beam (6) is fixed by means of two hinged supports (5), and in beam (6) bearing unit (7) is installed, in which shaft (8) with platform (9) rigidly attached to it is arranged. Shaft (8) is connected to output shaft of geared motor (10), at that on platform (9) there are elastic elements (11) made in form of twisting shafts (12) with connected levers (13). Rotary beam (6) is fixed relative to frame (1) by means of reactive rods (14). On base (2) of frame (1) there is shaft (28), bearing unit (27), connected by carrier (26) to platform (9).
EFFECT: higher accuracy of setting loads, reduced labor input of tests and simplified setup of test bench.
