FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of test equipment used in the manufacture of aircraft. The stand for testing non-rotating elements of the helicopter swashplate contains a frame (1) with loading devices fixed on it, as well as measuring instruments. Loading devices, pivotally mounted on the base (2) of the frame (1), are made in the form of hydraulic power exciters (3, 4, 5, 6, 7), each of which is equipped with a force sensor, on which are fixed the articulated bearings (11) connected to a simulator of a rotating plate (9) of the swashplate (5). The power exciter (7) is connected to the common pitch lever (26) of the swashplate (14) through a ball bearing (28) fixed to the force sensor (13). The longitudinal (36) and transverse (37) control levers are pivotally connected by rods (38, 39) with the pedestal (3) of the frame (1). The simulator of the rotating plate (9) is pivotally connected by a rod (48) to the reaction arm (4) of the frame (1). Force sensors (20, 21) are mounted in the rods (17, 18).
EFFECT: invention provides the ability to reproduce loads on non-rotating elements of the swashplate, typical for various flight modes, increasing the accuracy of setting the loads.
