SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fat and oil industry. Press for production of vegetable oil comprises a body with a loading hopper and a screw, a compression chamber with holes for oil outlet and a cake exit chamber with a central opening for press cake, wherein oil outlet holes and central cake outlet hole are provided with movable cone control devices. Screw is connected through a bearing support with two symmetrically located connecting rods, each of which is connected to the corresponding crank, wherein cranks are interconnected by gears and via drive with engine, and screw through second drive is connected to second motor, wherein engine with crankshaft drive and screw drive motor are configured to vary angular velocities and enable braking.

EFFECT: device increases output of oil from low-oil crops and increases time of stay of raw materials in zone of intensive compression.
