FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: press body includes several feed bins with dosing devices located in the lower part of the feed bins. The feed bins are connected to a vertical mixer wherein a combined mixing device is mounted. Inside the body three chambers are sequentially located: a grinding chamber, an oil-separating chamber and a dynamic forming chamber. In the grinding chamber two side shafts and one central shaft are located parallel to each other; on the surface of each of the three shafts curved helical path blades are mounted. The oil-separating chamber is equipped with a central shaft with screw flights, two vertical cylinders fixed between the screw flights. Vertical cylinders are fixed between the screw flights on the central shaft in the dynamic forming chamber. At the end of the dynamic forming chamber a matrix with a conical channel is attached to the body; a rotating draw bar is coaxially positioned inside the channel with longitudinal channels of variable depth milled out on the bar conical part.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase oil yield and enhance cake quality.
