FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production. Method for production of fodder yeast includes preparation of nutrient medium, thermal treatment, filtration, fermentation, extraction of fodder yeast, drying, packing, labelling and storage. Method envisages inoculation of dog rose juice with wine yeast Saccharomyces Vini Muscat, adding of mineral components, cultivation of yeast to obtain a culture fluid, dilution of the culture fluid with water, introduction of mineral salts, adding of aqueous extract of fir needles and solution of Candida Utilis yeast, cultivation, extraction of fodder yeast and drying.
EFFECT: method implementation increases yeast biomass yield, improves quality of the finished product, as well as ensures obtaining of a product with preventive medical properties.
