FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to a method for growing of broiler chickens. Method is characterized by that one-time daily feeding of oak bark extract in dose of 1.0 ml/kg of live weight during the entire period of poultry growing, which helps to reduce the number of bacteria of type Firmicutes.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to reduce fat accumulation in carcass and to increase broiler chickens productivity.
