FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for casing string cementing in complicated conditions. Device for cementing casing strings in complicated conditions includes composite housing with upper and lower parts, channels for passage of mortars between upper and lower parts. Upper and lower parts of the body of the device are two separate inner cylinders – top and bottom with external thread, and channels for passage of mortars between upper and lower inner cylinders are made in the form of a rubber sleeve. Rubber hose is secured to upper and lower inner cylinders by gripping ends of rubber sleeve by upper and lower pressure cylinders with internal thread, respectively. On the lower end of the lower pressure cylinder and on the upper end of the upper pressure cylinder there are conic guide bores providing directed movement of the cement mortar inside the rubber sleeve with possibility of its expansion in the radial direction. Upper and lower inner cylinders have inner through grooves arranged along the circumference of cylinders through 90°. Bottom inner cylinder is secured to casing with help of clamping screws. Upper inner cylinder is in free state with possibility of movement along pipe axis downwards under action of hydrostatic liquid column after cementing.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of cementing a casing string in a well.
