FIELD: fishing and fish farming.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to fish industry, namely to methods of keeping, breeding and cultivation of aquaculture facilities. Producers of Japanese sea cucumber, which were introduced and gave offspring in conditions of factory breeding, are placed into the bottom enclosure from the net cloth with the help of divers with density not exceeding two individuals per 1 m2 of the base of the enclosure. Breeder sea cucumber are kept in the bottom enclosure during the whole inter-spawning period. During the period of keeping breeder sea cucumbers in the bottom enclosure, they fully recover their reproductive abilities that allows them to take part in the next spawning. When the period of spawning starts, breeder sea cucumbers are extracted from the bottom enclosure by a diving method and sent to the factory for spawning. After the second spawning, breeder sea cucumbers are returned to the bottom enclosure where they are kept by the proposed method till the next spawning period.

EFFECT: method provides multiple application of producers of Japanese sea cucumber.
