FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to fodder production, and can be used in farms for thermal treatment, grinding and disinfection of primary raw materials. In the process of preparation of the combined feed, the raw material prepared for processing is moved by means of the injection screw and accumulated in the resonator chamber. Concentration and constant supply of primary raw material to confined space of resonator chamber results in its filling and increase of working pressure in it. After filling the resonator chamber, a microwave radiation source is switched on. Primary stock undergoes endogenous heating, as a result of which there is a rapid increase in its volume, as well as high pressure and temperature in the resonator chamber. Oscillation of water molecule with high rate not only leads to destruction of pathogenic parasitic microorganisms, but also to destruction (restructuring) of primary raw materials or, more specifically, micronization of grain. Restructured raw material under pressure from increased volume and evaporation is retained by delivery auger in resonator chamber, since screw surface above chamber supplies raw material from top to bottom, and screw surface under said chamber is bottom-up. Further supply of the primary raw material to the resonator chamber and its endogenous heating promotes forced displacement of the already restructured raw material to the discharge chute via a specialized channel, which is a system of cuts – sector windows on the screw surface of the lower part of the injection screw. In each sector window the second in the direction of rotation of the delivery auger is cutting.
