FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: installation for fat-containing raw materials thermal treatment contains a loading vessel and a shielding housing. A volume resonator with a horizontally positioned stirring mechanism of dielectric material is located inside the shielding housing. A UHF generator unit is positioned on the upper base of the body so that the radiator is directed into the resonator. A horizontally positioned chamber of the discharging screw (to the backside whereof a filter is attached) is connected to the lower base of the volume resonator. The receptacle vessel in installed under the filter. The discharging screw conjugated with the matrix is installed inside the chamber. The loading chamber with the guide tray is installed under the volume resonator and contains a roller milling mechanism with a set of stars and an electric motor. For the stirring mechanism and the discharging screw driving a motor-reducer in the shielding housing is envisaged.

EFFECT: invention allows to intensify the fat rendering process combined with energy expenditures reduction.
