FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nozzles for irrigation and hydraulic injection of risers of coke ovens. Nozzle for sprinkling and hydroinjection of standpipe coke ovens includes housing and jet-forming chamber with nozzles for high and low pressure water supply. Extra jet-forming chamber is made in the housing. Each branch pipe is connected to one of the chambers. Chambers are connected to each other by means of a channel made at a tangent to cylindrical walls of chambers. Nozzle is made of two housings of chambers of high and low pressure of round section. In the housing of the high-pressure chamber there is a low pressure chamber housing mounted in the center and fixed by means of a plug and a nut with a low-pressure pipe. Fluid flows of two chambers of high and low pressure are combined into one nozzle common nozzle, which is arranged on high-pressure housing, at outlet of flow from nozzle.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and reliability of nozzle operation.
